instructions
1. Chill the glass

Use a clear glass and place it in the fridge for a few minutes. This helps keep the milk cold and enhances the visual layering.

2. Pour the milk

Add 120 ml of cold MILBOK to the chilled glass — no ice. Its creamy texture and natural sweetness make it ideal for layering and balance.

3. Brew the espresso

Prepare 1 shot (20 g) of fresh espresso using your preferred method.

4. Create the layers

Pour the hot espresso gently over the milk to create a distinct layer.
– Directly from the portafilter — hold the glass close to the spouts and pour slowly.
– With a teaspoon — place a spoon just above the milk surface and pour the espresso over it to slow the flow and control layering.

5. Serve immediately

No stirring, no ice. Enjoy as-is and experience the temperature contrast and layered textures in every sip.
