Iced Matcha Latte

A cooling, layered drink where the creaminess of MILBOK meets the bright umami of matcha. Smooth, naturally energizing, and visually striking.
Ingredients
Chilled MILBOK Double Milk
200
ml
Hot water
30
ml
Premium matcha powder

Ice cubes

1. Prepare the glass

Fill a tall clear glass with ice cubes.

2. Whisk the matcha

Whisk 2 g of matcha with 30 ml hot water (70–80 °C) until frothy.

3. Pour the milk

Add 200 ml of chilled MILBOK over the ice.

4. Add the matcha

Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the milk to create layers.

5. Serve immediately

Enjoy the layered presentation or mix gently.
